How to Pay for SuperGrok with a Card
Last updated: 2026-10-02
Checkout is handled by Stripe, which means a familiar card form and 3-D Secure step instead of a bank transfer. This guide explains what happens on the payment page and how to fix the common failures.
What the checkout looks like
- You are redirected to a Stripe-hosted payment page, so no card data touches this site
- The price and currency shown are exactly what the order will be charged in
- Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted where your device supports them
- After payment you are returned to the order page automatically
Which cards work
Stripe accepts the major international card networks. Prepaid cards and some regional cards can be declined by the issuer even when the card has funds; if that happens, try a different card or contact your bank.
If a payment fails
- Check that the billing details match the card
- Complete the 3-D Secure prompt from your bank instead of closing the page
- Wait a moment and retry if your bank declined the first attempt
- Contact support with the order number if you were charged but the order still shows as unpaid
Why we never ask for a password
A top-up does not need your Grok or X password. Support will never request one, and any message that does is not from us.
