How Delivery Works: Codes, Queues and Refunds
Last updated: 2026-10-02
Delivery depends on the product: automatic codes for SuperGrok, manual handling for X Premium+. Both are tracked on the same order page. This guide explains every status you can see and what it means.
Automatic code delivery
- Payment confirmed, then the next code is assigned to your order
- Delivery appears on the order page and in your email in about 1 to 3 minutes
- If stock is empty, the order waits and is delivered in payment order after restocking
Manual delivery
- Payment confirmed, then support handles the top-up for your account
- Typical handling time is 5 to 30 minutes during support hours
- The order page refreshes automatically while the delivery is open
The restock queue
If the product has no codes left, the order joins a queue instead of failing. As soon as codes are added, orders are delivered strictly in payment order. You do not need to do anything: the order page releases your delivery automatically.
Refunds
If a top-up fails or the order cannot be delivered, the payment is refunded in full. Refunds go back to the original payment method and are recorded on the order page.
Frequently asked questions
I paid but the order still says waiting for stock. What now?
Nothing: the queue releases automatically when codes are restocked, in payment order.
Can I change the account after ordering?
Contact support before delivery starts; after a code is delivered it cannot be transferred.
